Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Items must have original tags and packaging.
- Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@millerskincare.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and a return authorization.
- Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving return approval.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are processed as a return and a new order.
- If the item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or store credit.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@millerskincare.shop with photos and your order number. We will assist with a replacement or refund.
