Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Items must have original tags and packaging.
  • Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@millerskincare.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization.
  3. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving return approval.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed as a return and a new order.
  • If the item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or store credit.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@millerskincare.shop with photos and your order number. We will assist with a replacement or refund.
